Pursuant to the order dated November 24, 2022 passed by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench in CP(CAA) No.30 of 2022 in respect of Scheme of amalgamation between (i) Fantasia Enterprises Private Limited (ii) Siena Traders Private Limited (iii) Excelsior Construction Private Limited (iv) Spur Cable and Datacom Private Limited and (v) Globus Stores Private Limited, a copy of the Scheme, as approved by the Board of Directors of the Company, copies of the notice(s) of final hearing (scheduled on January 23, 2023) sent to various statutory authorities along with the order dated November 24, 2022 can be accessed here
